A copy multiplier is a configured scaling factor that determines how a master account’s order quantity is adjusted when replicated into a specific child account — for example, a 0.5x multiplier replicates half the master’s lot quantity, appropriate for a child account with less capital. This matters especially for F&O, given fixed lot sizes and margin requirements.
